  I went to get a quote on having my rings fixed they had to be cut off because of surgery I was getting. There were 12 rings in total. Only 4 needed to be fixed due to getting cut off. The saleslady did not know how much it cost to clean, so she sent them all away to Toronto and I was to get a phone call with a quote. I contacted A.M. Hall Jewllers from Downtown Cobourg. They said it was $5.00 each to clean and I could get them back the next day.
  Got my call from Cortesis that the rings were back. $51.00 each ring to clean. The worse part is they went ahead and did it anyway. Same with fixing the cut rings. The whole total is still not sure because they keep calling saying they have to add more money that they forgot to put on. They are charging $1260.00 to clean and repair 4 that were cut!!!! Some of these rings I only paid $100.00 for and they are charging me $200.00
  each. This is crazy since they were suppose to be going for a Quote. I also bought a Pandora bracelet and a $1300.00 ring at the same time and they still want to nickel and dime me for extras they forgot.
